We like to host a game night with friends a couple of times a month & it’s getting a little too big to be using real plates. I love setting the table for entertaining, but was tired of spending so much time doing the dishes afterwards.
Therefore…paper plates were introduced last week! I’m not one to settle for plain, white paper plates, so I headed to the Easter section at Target & found these absolutely adorable Easter egg plates.
Like, I’m dying over how cute these are y’all! I really hope they have plenty left so you can all go grab some for yourselves!
The floral napkins are from Michael’s & I grabbed the little carrots in the Target One Spot. Fun paper straws polish off the simple look.
Also…my dining room is impossible to get good lighting in so please bear the yellow strain!
The egg plates are obviously from Target as well the berry baskets, table runner & big bunny.
I found these adorable silverware clothespins at Michaels for a whopping 50 cents last week & thought they’d be perfect for every future gathering at the manor. I stuck a mix of colored plasticware (leftovers from other parties) into one of the baskets & clipped them on the front. This way I didn’t have to set out silverware at every single plate.
The black & white placemats are from the Target One Spot at Christmastime. Definitely one of my best buys ever! I’ve been using them ever since & they totally work year round. Just wishing I’d been able to find a few more! I’m sure you can find something similar online or at Home Goods if you do some looking.
The menu consisted of bacon & cheese sliders, cheesy potato casserole, baked beans, deviled eggs, strawberries, salad & banana pudding.
