You can find things like this all over Pinterest. I tried & mixed a few of the ones I came across there & came up with this. I’ve been using this scrub for the last few months & love it. Of course, cellulite does not disappear. It’s impossible. Unfortunately. This scrub helps quite a bit though. I suggest using it 2-3 days a week. You may also use it as a wrap for 15-30 minutes. Results are more dramatic using it that way. If you plan to use it as a wrap, only use it once a week.
The caffeine in the coffee grounds is the cellulite-fighter, the olive oil is simply to make it spreadable, the brown sugar works as the ‘scrubber,’ & the vanilla is mostly to make it smell yummy.
Combine 1/2 c. olive oil with 1 c. coffee grounds, 1/2 c. brown sugar, & 1 tsp. vanilla till it looks like dirt. For real.
